I was wondering what the cost for filing bankruptcy with your firm is. My boyfriend and I both are in need of filing, and we just wanted an idea of how much before we made an appointment for a consultation. Thanks so much!

  2. Nicholas A. Kuhn says:

Looking for info regarding bankruptcy during a divorce procedings. Own a truck, jointly a house and appartment. No substantial income from spouse and need help for what type of chapter to file for and what the next step is. By the way no children involved. Thanks, Nick.

  3. Rick West says:

Bankruptcy and divorce are related, and can be tricky. What chapter you file depends on when you file and all the facts and circumstances of your case. I regularly am consulted by divorce lawyers to guide them on how to successfully do both at the same time. It can be done, but it needs to be done right. I offer a free consultation, in person or by phone, if you need more information.
