I get sick and tired of hearing people bad-mouth bankruptcy,
And I wonder if they ever had the worries and stress that my clients deal with every day. I bet they haven’t walked a mile in the shoes of one of my clients. I think its pretty hypocritical, and shows a lack of understanding and compassion.
The truth is that, for many hard-working people....bankruptcy is the only thing powerful enough to do the following:

....and I mean in a way that they will never have to be paid back.
Bankruptcy can lower monthly payments ....and it is not uncommon for payments to be lowered by as much as $500 to $1000 per month.
This will....of course....will depend on your particular assets, debts, income and expenses.

Bankruptcy can stop a foreclosure.
Bankruptcy can stop legal action.
Bankruptcy can stop nasty creditor calls, and...
Bankruptcy can put creditors completely under control.
And... the amazing truth is....bankruptcy can actually help you get started rebuilding your credit.
Its true.
Nothing else is this powerful.
Nothing else even comes close....and certainly not those credit and debt counseling programs.
At best, those programs can lower the interest rate on a few credit cards....that's it.
If they promise anything more, it's a lie and probably a scam.
Bankruptcy is not for everybody,
....but where it works, it works like nothing else
....to get good, honest, hardworking people....just like you....
....out of debt and back on your feet.
And for you good guys and gals in the military or working on the base,
....people will tell you that filing bankruptcy will hurt your security clearance....or get you kicked out of the service. I have filed lots of cases, chapter 7 and 13, and nobody has been kicked out, lost a clearance or had any other bad thing happen to them. I have filed for enlisted and officers.
...and anybody that tells you different is either lying to you or misinformed.
