You are required to list all claims in your Chapter 7 bankruptcy. This would include any potential debts that you have, like an automobile accident that may have recently occurred but for which you have not yet been sued. You are also required to list debts which would not be discharged, like tax debts or student loans. The fact that these debts will not be discharged in the bankruptcy does not mean that they are not required to be listed. Also, debts which you intend to pay, like a house or car you are keeping must be listed as well.
